My phone wont update the firmware,from 20.0. to 30.0.. I tried Over the air,with *0000, it tells me 'connection failled'...and before u ask,I got net and well set up accesspoints...the software updater, updated everything else,but when phone update is selected...it goes idle!!! * +

Having that with the n8. Sent it in, 2 weeks, back with same problem. I'll try plugging it into a PC when I feel like it. You should try the same. * +
