there shudn't be as it would require that u have it running all the time and there 4 cant use any other apps while its running unless it can multitask like sony java fones * +

but there is call recorder for java, why not any call blocker?? i hav seen chines non brand phn hav call blocking feature.. and it can run java files * +

To control telephone calls the application must be installed in to the phone's os. Java based phones does'nt have an os. Therefore no such app 4 java phones. But still u can ask ur net. Operator for this as in some contries some net.operators provide this service. * +

Some pre installed applications in china phones like call recorders are attached its system and runs as kernel processes.and they work without any prob. *
