My sister has virus on her n82. I remember her last virus years ago I solved it by bluetoothing an app to her. What is the procedure now? I have n82 so I can use that. But she does not use data on her phone so I can't guide her to download and install anything. It will have to wait until I am physically with her and can Bluetooth something. * +

No. She went to camera shop to print her photos and they told her that her phone has a virus. * +
