updated my phone last week to this version, formatted it and the mem card cos it was crashing a lot but its still doing it, any ideas on what i can do seeing as i cant roll it back to a previous version * +

Yeah, mine tends to do a lot of rebooting on this FW, ive almost given up on it, i just dont know what to suggest other than maybe flashing it with a custom firmware or just taking it back to Nok doc and get it replaced. * +
