if aint got screwdriver give it a lil shakey thing maybe as crail say battery loose...plus maybe battery is fkED their a chips inside the battery just recent i smashed my gf phon several times against wall broke casing screen ok but wouldnt powerup tried other battery worked fine * +

if you attempt to open it up yourself during the warranty period it will void the warranty and you wont have a phone at all. bear that in mind before taking advice off here! * +

although battery replacement only involves removing the top section of the N8 nokia engineers are trained to tell if screws have been removed or tampered with in any way. *
