Use a card reader and copy it on pc and for phone memory use pcsuite. You need to reinstal all the apps. * +

you dont need to do a full format on your card, you really only need to delete the private sys system and resource folders off ya card. that saves having to worry about your videos images mp3's etc * +

But i really need to format the card i can't use a lot of games apps and phone browser real player.I can use only ucweb 7.9 and opera 8.65.I think the antivirus is the problem. * +

yes you dont need an antivirus 
that fone has so little ram that some apps can only be used by themselves. Wat i suggested is as good as formattin yr card. but do as u wish. * +
