in the country that you live is this fone sold with this feature included ? I say this because some networks ask for features to be removed like skype capability or 3g even. Check locally . . * +

not on 3 fones tho, i dont know how fones r sold where u r but if they r subsidised by the network then they are the ppl to ring and check with. the firmware you have can the gps data function removed. either that or your fone needs repair.
