The phone was becoming too slow so i did him a 3key format after that today he called me and said the phone aint booting up and when he took it nokia care they told the phone is dead so how to start it * +

noobs... ofcourse 3key format CAN kill phone... yet, you might get lucky, cos most NOKIA phones get revived with ''dead flashing'' that would be with phoenix.. if you cant do it, then nokia care center and they will do it
