No, the application reported that the version i was using was too old and had to upgrade to the newer version. It wouldn't work so this was forced. After installing the new version, there were smilies available but the chat history was gone. It works fine now but i'd like to recover that other stuff... * +

i suspect the format for chat history was no longer used in the newer version. it was most likely stored on your fone anyway rather than a server, so its gone. * +

it would either be in system/data or system/apps folders or somewhere in i/private i being the drive you installed it on. but if the new version didn't find it its either gone, not compatible or at the outside there waiting for you to modify it if possible. shud i ask wat her name is lol. * +
