NFL is more physical than both codes of rugby Union is more popular worldwide and league is the best to watch. The last one is my opinion but the first two are set in stone * +

@cantona. Yeah it may be more physical than both codes of of rugby but they use a cr*p load of padding so I would not really count that. * +
