It was just stupid yes but then he went off on some political statement against the ATP saying they are pressured not exactly brilliant timing. He won't be punished beyond the tournament anyways. He'll get a fine i am sure but it is unlikely he will get some massive ban which is quite lucky considering what other sports might do in that situation * +
