ive used whey etc. nice protein. tried creatine last year, didnt agree with me. now im bk on creatine again. had today before gym and after workout, any one the names of others thats to help u build mass, and for recover and rebuild.. i no theres maxi promax nutrition protein bar. But im wanting the shakes the help me put muscle mass on. yes i eat plenty of protein, and i train hard at the gym, and take my creatine. Just wondered if any one knew any muscle mass growth proteins names. * +

watched a programme before and an expert reckons that most of these expensive protein shakes are basically just milk shakes * +

Well you're not supposed to make them with milk and they have the nutrients and amino acid profiles in a particular ratio that's most beneficial to building muscle so... * +
