duno what the internet prices are like in the uk when using dongles but in aus theyre pretty pricey. after using telstra wireless broadband for a year im gonna switch to a landline because its way cheaper and you get more gb. i wouldnt reccommend a dongle unless you only plan on using it for surfing as downloading with them is fairly pricey * +

Only get a dongle if you NEED mobile internet. As Axlibak said, it's too expensive for what you get. * +

Get an i-Burst USB modem. Not sure what the prices are in the UK, but here in SA it's cheap. I'm sure it would be cheaper in the UK though. * +

everyone says dongles but honestly its slow, expensive and its pointless if you arent needing it outside the house. get a nice fat broadband package that comes with a wireless router. if you have a mobile phone check what deals might be available. O2 customers get discounted broadband for example and O2 have a good service record * +
