I use to be able to burn music on my lap top to cd/r and play it in my car.. Now, ran out of cd's and got a new pack, but a difrent make! Wen i burn a disc not it dose it realy fast, and wont play in my car.. B4 it took ages to burn.. Cud it be the discs or are ther settings i cud change?? I normaly use windows media playa to doit! * +

You may need to be sure of the file types and format of the disc you're burning. Trying burning a simple Audio disc using a CD Burning dedicated software like Nero or Ashaampo. Windows Media may be writing your music files in a DATA format that in most cases only computers can read. * +

exactly what comic said . also avoid using cheap discs such as memorex as your burner is obviously not compatible with them * +
