Is the a way I could recover files from a damage dvd, my pc can read it but am unable to copy the staff *

Use any Data Recovery Software. You may need to do it in the night while going to sleep cause it usually takes time to read badly scratched CDs and to put bits and pieces back into CD image. Please note that you may lose some DATA as unreadable sectors are usually filled with blanks. *
