Im running windows 7 im using an unlicensed version of antivirus kaspersky... I noticed i have tons of viruses but they not active on windows 7 but when i plug my memory stick on a pc with xp the virus start attacking the os... Any one can suggest a good antivirus that i wouldn need to purchase... * +

Oh and avg you can install the free edition i had it for like a year and it works good but now i got the licensed one. Not much difference on performance but the licensed one has more useful features like link scanner,web shield,email scanner, and more. * +

im with newt. the best is avira. you can say what you want about the rest but i know if you use any other free antivirus you will get infected more often. * +

the best thing you can do pw is get a legit version of kaspersky. peace of mind is pricless. * +

I have my pc with xp and win7. Installed avast 5 on both and works dam good. Its free and light on resources :) * +
