i guess u need a firewall with deny all setting and two exceptions for google and yahoo with password protected settings.there are probably simpler ways but i m too sleepy atm to think about it,though i think this would do the job.. *

Spybot search and destroy add the sites adress to your host file with a localhost loopback *

whitelist google and yahoo through hosts. make evrything else go to localhost. Though your plan sounds a little silly. Are you sure you know what you are doing? *
