i cant open the browser. ive tried lots of differant things to resolve the problem but no joy. i dont think its a virus as ive got full protection. any1 know how i could get it working again. icon is still there btw. * +

il try that when i get home 2nite. i cant remember if i tried doing that or not. its anoying coz windows solutions know theres a prob but cant solve it. * +

Put in your os disk. Then install optional programmes. Remove it then reinstall it.. Switch on error reporting or use its exe with depends see whats missing * +

i have 3 disks for os not sure whats what? i made this coz i didnt get no 0s disk from the start. and i cldnt get internet explorer working in safe mode either. x *
