Do you mean something like a spreadsheet . If so try OpenOffice . It is free . * +

I mean a software that can run off line registration on my computer; the software that can contain form consisting of, profile pictures and other data and also search box for locating names alphabetically. * +

OpenOffice can do that . But it is not not easy with pics . Software that does that easy cost hundreds . * +

Ms office Access from Ms office is not free but are best for all types of small commercial org . Database management. * +
