Download Klite Codec pack and install it. Its a codec issue. Search for it through Google and you'll find it. * +

depending on the o.s. you should download either xp codec pack or win7codecs, k-lite can add some decent codecs but it has been known to come with malware because its so popular. so if you get that 1 then be carfull where you get it from. * +

only install 1 codec pack. if you add more you will get conflicts. * +

Kklite will tell you anyways if you have any conflicting codecs installed and will uninstall it for you * +
