My pc has a virus that makes it so I can't go onto the net, avg is infected so can't use that, to fix it. Also a random virus checker called Safesecure or along those lines keeps coming up, along with ads for v*agra. I can say safely i've not gone to p*rn sites or anything of that sort. Can't goto control panel either.. *

Yes it's usually a better idea to 'wipe'. You can backup all your documents though. Just make sure you dont keep any executables *

Leads me to my next question, I know i'l have to re-install windows (xp) but how do I go about wiping the thing? Removing windows etc? *
