Hi every i have win 7 on my notebook i installd win xp on the other partition then only xp cld boot wat can i do or wat is the problem? * +

It sounds like you overwrote the boot partition with the XP install . You will probably have to re-install Windows 7 again . Hope you made a repair disk before installing XP . But nobody thinks of that before there are problems . Next time go to the Help Center and search for the dual boot setup guide . * +

Your boot partition is seperate from the others . belive me , I beta tested XP X64 edition . There is a special way to set up a dual boot . Google it if you don't believe me . * +

Click on start .Open run and type msconfig . Their select Boot option or something like that select both win 7 and xp and set the boot delay and hit ok. It will be simple I guess. * +
