Right, you're gonna need xp with AT LEAST sp2 installed to alloow for bigger hdd's. Don't know if they'll need partitioning tho, * +

delete all partitions and create a new 1, then full format in ntfs. * +

still comes up as 127 gig , gonna try formatting it in another machine then see if xp will recognise it * +

what spec pc you using. if its oldschool p4 then your unlikley to get it to recognise more than 132gig(- error correction space used to repair bad blocks) also check theres no jumpers that limit the hdd. * +
