My net book hasn't had any problems for 2 years everything was running perfectly fine, until last week when i connected to the net using the embedded mobile broadband connection mannager to connect to the net, a message appeared (MOBILE PHONE SOFTWARE HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE) I've scanned avast, all my update are fully up to date service pack 3,i'm currently using Zone alarm firewall.Is anyone else experiencing the same issues has anyone got a solution to the problem??Th *

uninstall and reinstall it. then do a registry scan and clean uip your drive with ccleaner *
