I'm runnin XP sp3, it came pre installed with MS 2003.. I'm installing MS 07 n was given an error code 1402: cannot open registry key tht i shud verify tht i av sufficient permission to access the registry.. Help guys, i'm lost :( thanks in adance *

Did you uninstall Office 2003, prior to Office 2007 installation? If not then use the requiredFix-it to remove all Office installation traces then install Office 07 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/838687 *
