Working no problem all of a sudden turn it on and wont load...says might be due to new software or hardware but havent loaded anything on 2 it...any ideas? * +

try to get into bios by hitting delete when first turn on, and then load failsafe bios settings and try that. * +

are there any access panels underneath it to get at the ram sticks etc, if so remove them and check if everything is connected securely, any knocks or bumps can loosen components, causing hardware errors * +

I can do f8 but all options take me back 2 same screen , I reacon its 4kd? I keep tryin get sum1 at samsung customer services no joy 
... Just thinkin if they say needs new harddrive if itl fix it , as my last laptop had one n was still knackerd :o. * +

On screen says go thru safemode n that dont work :o. * +
