Anyone out there please help? I've got a problem with BT broadband my connection drops randomly for about 5 seconds then reconnects. On our laptops it goes to local only, but our Xbox it kicks us off live which is a real pain! Had two engineer visits who say line is fine no problems! I've even got a spread sheet showing all the disconnects. This is taken from the home hub 3 event log! It's not the hh3 as over the last 6 months it's been happening I've used 5 different routers draytek vigor, * +

Last engineer actualy changed it for a dual bb and phone socket!!!! Yes I want to change bb supplier but think I need this sorting before I do! Any ideas? Thanks in advance!!! * +

One agent said going onto infinity should sort the issue but I'd then have to pay full price again and lose my loyalty discount! Paying only 25 for total broadband at the moment! Bt's customer service and tech support is shocking! Also does anyone have a uk number to contact BT? * +
