hi fellows where do network operators get the data bundles (plans) they sell to their users? Do they also buy it somewhere then sell it at a higher price to their subscribers? Where do they get that data? *

Network operators charge users for using their infrastructure hence data bundle charge. Network operators in some instances might purchase capacity from other other providers e.g around here telecos purchase capacity from SEACOM an optic fibre cable operator and they purchase in STM levels (Synchronous Transport Module). i hope this gives you a clue *
