if you can play your favorite games on it,do your regular tasks,then its good anough. you can upgrade all the way you want but you ll just shoot all your money for nothing. you have a high end card today,next year it will be just about averige and you'll want the high end one pmpl * +

This site will tell you how good your pc is and i can tell you that yours is mostly sucky but not awfully sucky. 
It can be rescued if you had better graphics, a bit more RAM and a modern operating system... * +

...yeah,yeah,man. go for 64bit windows 7 ultimate and start with the modest 16GB of ram then you can slowly add up to that
