Hi. I mistakenly took my phone battery out. While the phone was still switched on. And now, i get the initial orange logo screen, then the htc logo screen, then it just repeats..and doesn't fire into life.. Iv lots of numbers, pics, etc. On that phone. Any help or ideas people.. * +

Wouldnt your pictures etc be saved to your memory card? So you wouldnt lose them if so you could just move them to a new phone, but im not sure as to why removing the battery while the phone is on screwed up your phone , im assuming its android, and when i had android i did it all the time when mine would freeze. * +

turn off. remove battery, hold volume down, insert battery and whilst still holding volume down press the on button, sends you to the recovery options * +

any HTC owner should know that, its where the recovery files are, same as windows installation disks stored on a separate partition on a laptop * +

Idk alot of people dont know how to get into their recovery options.. But i still dont get how doing that crashed the phone? Like i said i did it all the time, must be a htc thing, because that was done on a daily basis on my Bionic. (due to freeze ups) * +
