i've got an EE series vaio, manufactured in early 2011.. But no bluetooth? There's a bluetooth program but it wont do anything when i clicked it.. Removed it and installed another bluetooth driver but it still doesn't works.. Check the specs of it online and there's no bluetooth built in whereas sony official site says there is 
So how can i check if there's really a bluetooth hardware in it? * +

Bluetooth dongle - you can get sum very small stubby ones that dont stick out much * +

plzgvhug. I have one of them. Thing is though, they take up a USB slot, and you don't really want a hub with lots of cables attached to your laptop. * +

my acer 5920 was same nice fancy illuminated bluetooth button alongside keyboard which does jack except lightup and cause error popup when press it,,if I remember when I ordered it I got something better than standard/be it ram hdd or graphics I carnt remember? But apperently in choosing that id chosen the one without the bluetooth module installed,,i got one on ebay for 10quid acer wanted crazy 80 quid
sure them mini dongles are great and worked for me, but for me the laptops bluetooth sw * +

switch wouldnt control the usb micro bluetooth dongle for switch on /off keep looking maybe youll also need to buy a bluetooth module card * +
