u tried cleaning the dust out, replace cmos battery etc probly needs some tlc but it is an old set up * +

Sounds like a issue with your ram. It always checks ram right as the PC starts. * +

Replace u r pc wid a latest ram of abt 512 or higher version. Checkdsk, clean u r pc 2 remove dust after 4 days. If its chck ram on start up jst skip da process. *
