first of all, I would like to know the the type of wifi service been run in my Uni. It is that type that when u connect to it and u try to access any site it forwards you to the owner's web page where you will have to enter a username and password before you get connected to the internet. I discovered that bit torrent and utorrent doesnt work with this wifi connection even after i entered a legit username name and password. I can download very well with any browser and even with IDM with no has * +

Yep its a same here, there's a free wlan which is available anywhere and everywhere through out the country i lived in.. I cant use it to browse with opera mobile though but a simple hack can skip the login page lol *
