Am using compaq presario cQ57,I bought it with a preloaded cyberlink youcam ver3,it worked for a while and now when I click it it doesn't pop up,so I decided to uninstalled it and get another one,fortunately I got ver 5 but it a trial of 15dys,,guys how can I get a free version? * +

I don't see how it is very fortunate to have only a trial version of version 5, when you had the full version of v3. * +

there are most likely some left over settings in registry. easy way,you can run regseeker or similar and hope it will detect and remove the entries. you can install version 3 back and uninstall with revo uninstaller or similar and hope it solves it. hard way: you can use process monitor to track the entries down and delete them. * +

You might want to find out if there is a key for the program in the registry before deleting the entries. *
