Seems like a faulty hdd... Have you found any bad sectors?... Anyways, if you dont have too much data in that hdd, then backup all of them, format and repartition it... You can also perform a full scan of the hdd to find out if there's any problem inside... For that, just download a good hdd diagnostic freeware via google... * +
