My HDD 300GB will upgrade soon to 8GBRam aswel wats ur processor status? am running Home Preminum wats the big diffence with Ultimate and Home Premium service pack 1?cause I can't see much difference yes ultimate come with more programms but for wat reason? * +

Intel Core i7 1.73Ghz with Turbo Boost up to 2.93Ghz. I had Home Premium. I upgraded for Bitlocker and XP Mode. I think the only other thing you get is you can change the language in the OS. * +

Bitlocker encrypts the drive so if someone gets a hold of you laptop it can make it a lot more difficult for them to access your data. XP Mode is a virtual machine. The SLIC tables are already wriiten in the BIOS so I thought why not upgrade.. If you know what I mean. * +

I might not be 100pc correct here, but turbo boost is a technology that Intel use to boost the CPU speed (overclock) for short periods of time to improve performance. It's hardware dependant. * +
