what windows is to do by default? you can't hack the system however yet the system can't do so many things. moving on. another simple thing with no simple answer. people asked this on forums. a system wide audio equaliser to process all the sound on the system. the answer. *why* would you wanna do that? or,upgrade your soundcard,it is faulty or upgrade to get the audio software? seriously,i should pay fortune for new hardwares to have a simple control over system sound? why do i need it? what * +

what are equalisers in players,made for decoration? to improve sound quality of course! else no one would be bothered with software equalisers... a software equaliser both in video or audio can improve the sound experience even if you have the best sound card money can buy! not to mention dynamic equalisers.. my 'solution' was to install RTEQ.. which didn't work. my next solution is ffdshow audio filter which still bloats the system and even so,doesn't cover all sounds. so that option is cri * +

so that option is crippled as well. not to mention video decoders,like setting the curve that would be persistent and enforced by o/s without exceptions. thats *buggy* too,can't really be done. without frustration. deny application permissions to enter fullscreen. no way,anything can mess with your monitor and r*pe the resolutions from 640x480 to your safe maximums and worse,the process may crash leaving you in this state. but this is not really important,obviously windows was made to be a home * +

to be a home media center rather then an advanced development software despites the version i use is called professional and sometimes ultimate. there is nothing professional about it and the professional informations that should be availible everywhere you instead have to dig deep from the ground with hard effort and question is will you find them at all...... well,thats the end of my babbling for today *
