Everything that Malwarebytes and Avira found was Removed from the Computer, but what ever damage is done, can't be reversed when its too late, the only thing she wants backing up is MicrosoftOffice Files and Pictures, no illegal software or music or videos, so i can't see Office Files been infected or Photo's * +

Even if she has to pay for backup its worth it, she has pictures from when her teenage kids was babies n don't wanna loose thoes, there more important than her Accounts * +

100Gb for free? if it's only to be used once, isn't Dropbox 13 quid a month for 100Gb? 13 quid is nothing to preserve memories. Though if she hasn't got fiber broadband it may take more than a month to upload
