when you click delete and delete a file, windows doesn't really delete a file but just removes access to your files through standard methods, they still reside on the drive except that the data is now treaten as free space by windows and when it finds convinient to use that exact space, data will be overwritten by something else. any file read write is a hope less to save your files. so stop using your pc right now, even this browser writes files in the disk cache. then download recuva from this or * +

or better another pc to usb and run it from there, but this is an extra safety measure and not really that needed, you can still download the software from piriform.com and then run it. scan for your files and select those to restore, do this as soon as possible and you may save many of your music files. then your loss will be less and then you can think what to do with the rest if there is anything you can do. do this fast, while you still can. * +
