Subject: Computer Freeze Help

My pc just began freezin yesterday in the middle of using it then it restarts. I have tried to do a system restore to a month ago since that was the last time I installed a program and I tried using it. After 30mins to 1hr of use it freezes n restarts. It has no viruses since I havent used any external media on it for a while now nor use it on internet n my KAV is upto date. Any help? * +

Check the cooling fans inside whether they're running flawlessly or not.... * +

What OS are you using? Do you get a blue screen that says memory dump with some hexadecimal memory locations? How many programs are you using at once? When was the last time you cleaned all the dust out? Are you monitoring your chip and hard drive temps? When was the last time you updated your drivers? And the questions just go on and on. * +
