I have left orange for a better network now but was disgusted to find out that orange after giving me my pac code number that they had also given it to another woman i would like to know what their game is useless t**ts * +

the code is nothing, its like a job number on an invoice, you give it to your new network, they check the number to see if its valid, all it does is gives the new network authorization to use your phone number on there network, it does nothing to your phone or services received, what gets me though is, there are billions of phone users, so how would you know if its given to someone else, surly they wouldn't tell you they had? * +

I was told by new network as they got a message when trying to sort it out. The woman who was dealing with it told me the name of the woman it had been given to and she said in all the eight years of working there she had never had it happen before.but they are more helpful and friendlier than orange customer services whose asian call centres are so rude when they can understand you that is *
