Can any one recommend any good programs to use for driver updates,pc tune up,antivirus etc. need to buy software but want to buy some thing good thats worth the money. Thanks in advance.... * +

Antivirus: Avira Internet Security. I upgrated few days ago my Avira Premium to Avira Internet Security for the same money, 20 euros. Avira has this offer until September 12, so you can buy the Avira Internet Security for 20 euros instead of 40 euros. This antivirus worth every cent.

unless you visit dodgey sites or your main browser is internet explorer just use microsoft security essentials with Private firewall (both free) and adjust the settings to meet your needs. As for uniblue etc etc they are all pretty much snake oil and cause more harm than good. I'm forever fixing laptops etc where users have installed alot of that cr*p! * +
