my quess is a mobo fault if the psu doesnt sound funny and blow up then its usually the mobo. unplug all drives and try then. * +

one way to diagnose a faulty psu is to actually removing its cover and see in what contition the caps are inside. if they have fluid out of them or have a bump on the top thats usually a dead or soon to be dead psu. * +

the best bet will be that the motherboard is blown. if it was the psu you would have any lights and if its the power button, you also won't have any lights * +
