ok done that . still not reconiseing dvd-r as blank , i down loaded winavi demo and converted mp4 to dvd i think , trying to burn that to dvd+r and see if that works and that the reason it didnt before is down too the file not been DVD * +

yes the dvd+r worked ..... hmmm iv only one + disc and just bought a big box of dvd-r grrrrr why wont it work least iv converted and got em on a disc tho woot woot thats a start * +
