go to the motherboard manufacturers website and input the make and model. you will be taken to the specs page where you will find the downloads tab. click on it. enter your o.s and then download the apps you need. you really do want to get a gfx card if you want to play games but stay clear of quad or tri threaded games even if your cpu has hyperthereading as they tend to choke on apps like bf3. also dont expect to play anything demanding and the average game will be running at minimum to medium * +
