Howzit guys,listen here ,i have a 40'samsung fhd led tv,and i would like to connect my 5.1 sound system(x540)that is currently connected to pc to the tv.at the back of the tv are like 4 coloured cable inputs.if possible how do i do this..will the sound to the tv still work if the pc is off?if i need to buy some cables,wha should i tell the oke at the pc store i'm looking for? * +

U may have to use a audio switching box,what connectors do u have on the Back of the 5.1 system? * +

Surround sound systems for PCs have an industery wide standard which is wildly different from the industry standard for audio/visual equipment, so you'll either need and adapter box or cables. * +

@Asurreym,there are about 8 cables going into the woofer plus power and volume i think,i need a kinda switcher and spitter,cause i want the 5.1 connected to both tv and pc at the same time....what am i looking for?thanks for the replies dudes. *
