Can i use my old pc's CMos Battrey on my frnds pc... coz everytime he turns on his pc it givs cmos battrey fail n da date changes.... when replacen battrey do i have to unplug hdd, psu or anytng???? or just put the battrey n on the pc? *

u need not unplug hdd, u can replace cmos, but note, THE ONLY REASON FOR CHANGE IN DATE AND TYM MUGHT NOT BE CMOS IT MAY BE VIRUS OR 3RD PARTY SOFTWERE.. *
