I want to follow a *webdesign* tutorial...., (''Build You Own Database-Driven Website Using PHP MySQL'' by Kevin Yank, 2003)......i have a Win8, 64bit laptop. Some required software includes: win binaries package, and a version that includes both 'CGI binary' and 'server API' versions........
