Ok this may be old news but. This worm was created to target primary logic controllers a specific type. Namely the ones controlling the centrifuges in the Iranian nuclear enrichment plant.
It watched the normal operating of the centrifuge controls then alerted them and locked the Iranians out so the centrifuges overloaded. Setting the Iranians back at least two years. Niue who would do that. Its a nation lead cyber warfare *

And stuxnet its now in the wild it somehow infected hundreds of thousands of windows computers. Which means that any system including governments and the countries who developed it are vulnerable to an attack from it *
