But there would have to be some kind of code written that starts this all off. That code would have be something that purposely looks for information and uses it in certain ways. The code would have to have been made to be able to evolve and I would guess it would need to be very complex. * +

A.I subjects implement similar logic as animals and humans by factoring in various elements at making decisions. So you can say they think. I am excited about A.I and will do a PhD in it soon. :) *
